Gold stars
We got our very first gold stars today! Me and the boys successfully tandem breastfed (both at same time) for 10 minutes. It was an amazing experience. It really felt like the boys were playing off each others energy because neither had breastfed so well when alone. These two are our little champs, our soldiers, mis princes, corazon de Mami! Los quiero con todo mi corazon y Mami esta tan orgullosa de los dos.

What a NEWS and a Picture of both of them!!!!!! they are adorable!!!! and they were breastfed at the same time??? Analia you must be in Heaven!!!!!! and you Chris so happy and proud that the boys are WORKING HARD !!!! You two deserve the Joy of this Adorables Boys!!!!! We are all truly blessed by the miracle twins! Once they get some stamina built up for the hard work of nursing, look out world! In he picture of the 2 of them together, I think Lucas is really studying Sebastian. I wonder what will come of that in the future? haha

As you know I’m on my days off and keep hoping to see some updates about how my, I mean your, little men are doing? I’m curious to hear how breast feeding is going, how the weight gain is going, how the feeds are going, etc … I know, I know … I shouldn’t take my work home with me but how can I not. My two little super stars of the NICU.
Also, I have a wee suprise for them when I come back. I hope you and them like it!

Hey Tanya, the boys are doing great. Lucas nursed for 20 minutes yesterday. Yay! And Sebastian latched on great but got lazy quick. The other night they both gained 110 and 120 grams. Wow! But last night Sebastian gained a bit more and they were waiting to weigh Lucas again cause he had lost some but they used a different scale. Feeds I believe Sebastian is taking in 44ml at 24 cal still (not sure) and Lucas is at 37ml at 24 cal. Hope you are having a nice couple days off.
